About Us

Our Church is a Bible believing, gospel preaching Church, which is committed to faithfully proclaiming God’s truths from the Bible. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only true hope and source of peace and joy inside the world today. We feel that we have a warm, friendly congregation that will stand beside you in any spiritual need that you may encounter in your daily life. Caring for one another is one of the elements the Church has sought to develop over the years. Please come and worship with us and allow us to get to know you!

 

Our Purpose

Our purpose for existence is three fold. We gather together on a weekly basis in order to worship God. We worship the Lord through singing, giving, and listening to God speak to us through the preaching of His Word. We also meet together in order that we can build up and encourage one another in the Christian Faith. This building up process is being developed through both the Church services and it’s fellowship gatherings. The third and final purpose of our existence is that of evangelism. We desire to tell others about the wonderful Gospel message which has transformed our lives.

 

Missionary Support/Evangelism

As a church that believes that evangelism is a very important part of Christianity, we support several missionaries and participate in several evangelical outreaches.

 

 

Our Message

We Believe…

 

  • The Bible is the inspired Word of God.

  • The Bible is, therefore the only authority for our faith (what we believe) and practice (how we are to live). 

  • The Bible reveals to us the following truths:

 

Concerning God - There is one true God who has revealed Himself in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

 

Concerning Jesus Christ - He is the virgin-born eternal Son of God who became man to die for the sins of the world. He was raised bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is coming again.

 

Concerning Man and Salvation - Man is a sinner by nature and by choice. He is under God’s judgment and in need of salvation. This gift of salvation is only accepted by one’s faith in Jesus Christ, and is in no way based or earned by human works.

 

Concerning the Church - The Church’s primary purpose is to worship God. It is also to provide for the spiritual growth and fellowship of God’s people while reaching out to a lost world with the message of the Gospel.

 

Concerning Family - We believe the family is a sacred institution of God and must be supported within the Church and Community. If we are to have a strong Church, an upright Community, and a God Fearing Nation, the character of the family must be preserved.
